Leasing launched for 156-unit rental in Miami’s Edgewater area

Greystone Development and Alta Developers started leasing units at 2500 Biscayne, a 19-story apartment building in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

Monthly rents at 2500 Biscayne range from $2,023 to $3,800, according to Apartments.com.

The 156-unit building at 2500 Biscayne Boulevard has one- and two-bedroom apartments with open floor plans.

The apartment interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and in-unit washing machines and dryers.

Common-area amenities at the Edgewater property include a swimming pool, sun deck, gym, lounge and game room, coffee bar and concierge. Rivergate KW Residential is the property manager and leasing agent at 2500 Biscayne.

New York-based Greystone also is developing a 14-story, 100-unit apartment building called The Aura at 1501 Southwest 37 Avenue in Miami. Construction crews topped off The Aura in January.
