Hall Group adds luxury hotel to $7B Frisco project

Add a new luxury hotel to Frisco’s largest office park and burgeoning luxury hub.

Dallas-based developer Hall Group is at the helm of the 224-room hotel, the Dallas Morning News reported. Construction is officially underway, and the site is expected to open next year.

The hotel is part of Hall Group’s $500 million addition to the $7 billion mixed-use project known as Hall Park. The $500 million add-on also includes a 19-story luxury apartment tower and a 16-story office building, located across the street from the Dallas Cowboys’ Star development – a $1.5 billion multi-use complex on 91 acres.

The Hall Park Hotel will be a part of Marriott’s exclusive Autograph Collection banner, a recognition of the top-tier hotels within Marriott’s international portfolio. It’ll be the first hotel in Collin County with the Autograph Collection moniker, according to the outlet. Amenities include an outdoor pool, a 4,000-square-foot ballroom, fitness center, restaurant, lounge and a patio overlooking a greenspace. 

Frisco, specifically the Hall Park area, is becoming synonymous with luxury. Omni Hotels and Resorts have two upscale hotels at the Star and the new PGA of America campus, a $520 million golf development labeled as the “nation’s largest resort.”

Hall Park spans 162 acres and is slated to include 15 buildings with retailers, restaurants and every thinkable amenity.
