Real estate developer Douglas Durst is putting a Palm Beach compound on the market for $30 million.

The 1-acre property at 250 Angler and 1333 North Lake Way is on a beach cabana street and has two private homes with a total of 8,200-square feet of living space, including seven bedrooms, according to the listing.

Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties has the listing and did not respond to a request for comment.

The property, which is next door to the Sailfish Club of Florida, includes a 75-foot pool, a large yard, garages for four vehicles and access to the island’s North End beaches.

Durst owns the property through the Douglas and Suzanne Durst Family Trust, which, according to records, paid $2.9 million for 133 North Lake Way in December 2015 and $1.35 million for 250 Angler Way in March 2013.

Douglas is the president of Durst Organization and is the younger brother of Robert Durst, a convicted murderer who died in 2022 and was the subject of the HBO documentary “The Jinx.

Fox News host Bret Baier recently sold the house at 244 Fairview Road on the island for $13.5 million after he bought another home for $37 million in August.  

The sale comes nearly two years after they bought it from designer and island real estate investor Tommy Hilfiger for $12 million. The deed has yet to be recorded publicly, and the buyer is unknown.

In December, Greg Norman’s ex-wife Laura Andrassy sold her Palm Beach home for $24.3 million, records show.

Andrassy sold the house on Dunbar Road to HousePoor LLC, a Delaware entity registered to the Larchmont, New York address of David L. Picket. Picket is the president of the New York-based developer Gotham Organization, one of the Big Apple’s oldest development firms. 

Andrassy is the first wife of PGA tour champ Greg Norman, who is now the CEO and chairman of the Saudi-backed LIV Golf league. The couple were married from 1987 to 2001. 

Their daughter, Morgan Dillavou of Florida Living Realty, and daughter-in-law, Michelle Thomson of Coldwell Banker Realty, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
